A trained Mediator/Attorney is available to act as neutral mediator/arbitrator/fact finder for any unresolved conflict situation.
Mediation is a voluntary process where the interested parties are motivated to reach a resolution or agreement and need the assistance of a neutral trained party to facilitate and ease the process. Normally, two or more private rooms are used to keep all of the parties separate to speak privately with the mediator. The mediator will then shuttle between the rooms as the "messenger" with the idea to facilitate an agreement between all the interested parties. Once an agreement is reached, the mediator will assist the parties in writing out the resolution/agreement and will get all to sign. Everything discussed in the Mediation is confidential and prior to the commencement of the Mediation, all will sign strict confidentiality agreements.
The benefits of Mediation are numerous; it is private and confidential, it saves money on attorneys and litigation, often it can save professional relationships and businesses and usually results in a win win compromise for all involved. Mediation is available during regular business hours, evenings and week ends. Please call today at (925) 827-4198 for a free 15 minute telephone consultation with an attorney regarding conflict at work issues, human resource topics, employment issues, union management situations and employer handbook compliance in California. CAELTC Founder Jessica Braverman is available to speak to your organization. Please use our online contact form to reach us via e-mail. |
