What is Conflict? Conflict means seeing things from different perspectives, to clash, to disagree, to have opposite views or interests. Conflict can be both positive and negative and can be functional or dysfunctional. Conflict is the natural result of human beings working and interacting together. Managers, Leaders and Individuals address conflict everyday. Many issues or problems can be solved automatically and quickly. That is what Managers do all day long, solve problems.
